Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook. Cook (born on October 4 1978) is an American actress. She was baby-sitter in films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (99) and Josie and the Pussycats (192001). She has also appeared in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook is the daughter Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian and former social worker, as well as JoAnn Cook, who is a weaver and instructor of cooking. She is part-Italian. Cook made her public service announcement while in foster care when she was seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model at the age of 10 and was featured in national advertisements for Target. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, and Minneapolis South High School.
