Drew Blythe Barrymore (born February 22nd 1975) is an American actor. She has won many awards, including a Screen Actors Guild Award Award and a Golden Globe. There have also been five Emmy Award nominations as well as the BAFTA nomination and five Emmy Award nominations. She is part of the Barrymore family and is the great-granddaughter John Barrymore. Barrymore became famous in her early years as a child actress, thanks to her role in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. After a very publicized childhood marked by drug and alcohol abuse, she published her autobiography Little Girl Lost. Then, she appeared in a string of highly successful movies throughout the 1990s which included Poison Ivy, Boys on the Side, Mad Love, Batman Forever, Scream and Ever After.
